Williams newly designed range of Jade Blast Chillers are designed for effective operation in 43C high ambient environments and the energy conscious Jade has successfully proven itself to withstand the rigours of day-to-day operation in the most stressful of kitchens.

Available in three size formats, the Jade Counter Chillers rapidly reduce the temperature of hot foods from +90C to +3C in just 90 minutes and the advanced air flow design ensures even product chilling that eliminates product dehydration and ensures food is maintained in the best possible condition.

The robust Jade Chiller offers the choice of soft or hard chilling, ensuring that delicate foods can be cooled without damage, while denser foods are chilled safely.
