About MONO Equipment
How MONO serves its customers - A unique package deal
1. Conception

The first stage in supplying any MONO equipment is to plan exactly what the client requires and what is to be produced from the given budget.

MONO's own team of experienced technicians are available to advise the customer on what equipment is best suited to meet the desired production needs.

These initial discussions often help to anticipate any special requirements which may arise further along the production process.

2. Innovation

MONO are prepared and have the experience to turn customers' 'visions' into reality. Although possessing a standard range of bakery and foodservice equipment, MONO have a unique ability to re-engineer a product to satisfy a customer's requirement. Sometimes, the solution provided has been an amalgam of functionality drawn from several machines.

3. Site Survey

Once the preliminary discussions have been completed MONO's own survey team will carry out a comprehensive site inspection. The business objectives of the customer and the market place will be considered. On completion of the survey, advice will be given on the best way to progress the installation.

The survey will enable MONO to provide the client with an equipment overview, highlighting what plant and machinery will be required, whether or not it will need to be adapted (to be accommodated in a specific location), and what the staffing requirements will be.

4. Equipment Selection

Upon completion of the survey, the next stage is to agree the type of machinery to be installed. This ranges from heavy plant for industrial bakeries to smaller convenience retailing machines from MONO's Foodservice range of products.

MONO staff remain on hand to give advice and provide training. The MONO field sales team and sales support members are all from within the baking and food service industry.

5. Production

With more than 80 per cent of MONO's range produced at the company's own factory in Swansea, South Wales, equipment can be made to match the specific requirements an individual customer.

The inherent flexibility of MONO's work force, combined with a wealth of experience gained over half a century of service to the industry has made the company particularly sensitive to the diverse needs of its wide range of clients.

Additionally, MONO's ISO 9002, CE and ETL accreditation gives our clients in any part of the world total confidence in the high quality standards maintained by the company. As well as NSF and CSA accreditation for specific products.

6. Bakery Facilities Management

To further assist our customers, MONO is able to offer its client's who have multiple site operations, a 'one stop shop' and total management service. This will cover equipment selection and purchase, site survey, delivery, equipment installation and training, preventive maintenance service schedule, emergency breakdown service, and a scheduled equipment survey.
