MONO are prepared and have the
experience to turn customers' 'visions' into reality. Although possessing
a standard range of bakery and foodservice equipment, MONO have a unique ability
to re-engineer a product to satisfy a customer's requirement. Sometimes, the
solution provided has been an amalgam of functionality drawn from several
machines.
3. Site Survey
Once the preliminary discussions
have been completed MONO's own survey team will carry out a comprehensive
site inspection. The business objectives of the customer and the market place
will be considered. On completion of the survey, advice will be given on the
best way to progress the installation.
The survey will enable
MONO to provide the client with an equipment overview, highlighting what plant
and machinery will be required, whether or not it will need to be adapted
(to be accommodated in a specific location), and what the staffing requirements
will be.
4. Equipment Selection
Upon completion of the survey, the next stage is to agree the type of machinery
to be installed. This ranges from heavy plant for industrial bakeries to smaller
convenience retailing machines from MONO's Foodservice range of products.
MONO staff remain on hand
to give advice and provide training. The MONO field sales team and sales support
members are all from within the baking and food service industry.
