Mono Equipment and leading European bakery equipment manufacturers such as
Bongard, Pavallier, Eloma, Williams and Esmach will be exhibiting at Food
and Bake this year for the first time under the Aga Bakery umbrella.
AGA offers total equipment solutions for both in-store and independent bakers,
through to bakery equipment for a busy hotel kitchen, bake-off ovens or even
mini kitchens for garage forecourts, coffee shops, pubs, and restaurants.
This one stop shop approach gives considerable cost savings and time savings
when specifying product.

• The Fermentolevain - an hygienic liquid leaven processor to assist in the
production of artisan breads.
• Children’s novelty products are big news. We’ll be showing a new Rotary
Biscuit Moulder that makes and embosses a range of products from biscuits
and pie tops to marzipan.
• The Genesis Mini (just 3.4x1.8metres) plant bakery will be in operation,
ideal for small to medium sized bakery businesses to produce a wide variety
of products.
• New from Mono are the Eloma compact convection ovens: the EB 30 Digital
and EB 30 Electronic with integral condensing hood which will be on show for
the first time. With a compact foot print of W600xD615xH530mm and a tray size
of W440xD350mm they are the perfect fit where space is a premium.
• Also on show will be Williams market leading modular Retarder Prover, featuring
the easy to use and easy to view leading edge Doughmaster Controller with
new enhanced self diagnostic capabilities and a working booth of Bakon equipment,
a working roll plant from Bachtech and a range of slicers from JAC.
