Description

A Bongard 8.43 MG gas powered rotary rack oven is a typical equipment selection which can bake up to 108 baguettes of 250g or 200 little breads of 60g on 18 levels.

It has a footprint that is half of the size of the rack oven it replaced.

The Bongard range is also renowned for its suitability for speciality breads, and with its 30-programme controller it can release the bakers' time for other skilled production tasks.
