Description
The MONO Aqua water meter is an automatic water dispensing system for the bakery. It supplies water to the temperature required to give dough the correct finished temperature for perfect dough handling. Flour temperature is sensed, then a program is selected for the chosen product and the “Aqua water meter” takes over.
