Description
The Automatic Doughnut Fryer makes the doughnuts - you make the profits, it’s as simple as that. Just set the controls, load a tray and the MONO Automatic takes over. Up to 900 doughnuts can be produced every hour with the minimum of supervision.
The fryer saves on cooking oil and electricity, as only the oil in the vicinity of the frying basket is heated to full working temperature, and is thermostatically controlled.
