The Cervap Compact deck oven by Bongard can be designed in two facias to meet the needs of your bakery.
It has a baking area of 3.9 m² for 800/4.123 model or 4.5 m² for 800/4.143 model.
The useful height of each deck is 3 decks at 160mm each or 1 deck of 220mm.
