Description

The Chocospray 100 is a compact, easy to use, stainless steel machine which sprays chocolate coating directly from an open heated reservoir. Hot air circulation is used to heat the reservoir, and with the introduction of the electrically heated spraying hose, blockages are no longer a problem.

The chocolate is always ready for use as the temperature in the reservoir can be digitally adjusted to keep a constant heat. Thin and thick layer chocolate, orange skin and snow effect coating are some examples of the special decoration possibilities with the ‘Chocospray 100’.
