Our Microtronic range of cream machines are built to the highest standards of hygiene and operation, the newly developed automatic electronic operation which has several pre-set portion control modes which are also adjustable.

The machines are completely insulated intensive cooling of the whipping system ensures that the cream remains chilled from the container right through to the decorating nozzle.
