Description

This superb table-top moulder is the ideal machine for the small bakery and will provide perfect moulding for loaves and all morning goods.

Fully adjustable sheeting rolls allow the Mini Moulder to be adjusted for dough pieces of varying consistency and size, ranging from 28g (1oz) - 900g (2lb). Special pressure boards and dough path inserts are available to increase the machine’s versatility making it ideal for the production of finger rolls.

Cleaning the machine is easy. All outer surfaces are constructed of high quality stainless steel.
