Description
The Soleo deck oven is compact, easily maintained and ideally for the small bakery.
It has a baking area from 0.5 to 6.8m² and has a useful adjustable height on each deck of either 180 or 240mm.
There are many additional options available with the Soleo including internal lights, glass doors and steam generators.
