Description
The Belshaw Thermoglaze System consists of two components:Thermolizer (TZ-6 / TZ-17) used for thawing pre-fried, frozen donuts and baked goods.
Thermoglaze (TG-25 / TG-50) used for heating and glazing.Frozen donuts that are reconstituted using this system have a greater moisture content than those thawed in the air. This helps prevent that stale taste common to many frozen donuts, and also extends the shelf life of the product. Donuts can be held in the thermolizer for up to five hours allowing your bakery to supply hot, fresh donuts to customers in a short time.
