Description
The Bakon Top Cream is the latest generation of whipping machines. Ideal for whipping fresh heavy creams, vegetable, toppings, mousses, Bavaroise and whipped cream with ingredients, such as fruit and chocolate drops.
Besides the mixing gear the Top cream machine blows cooled air through the whipped cream, avoiding any damage to the structure of the cream. Higher volume and a longer standing time is the result of this method.
The cream is light and sharp contours are visible after decorating.The Bakon Top cream machines are designed and produced according to HACCP guide lines.
