The V3 Bread Plant has a footprint more than 50% smaller than traditional bread plants and has been ergonomically designed to be positioned against a wall or even more conveniently into the corner of a bakery.
The compact V3 incorporates a divider; intermediate prover and multi-function moulder and is a genuine one-person operation that can be controlled and un-loaded from one central position.
