MONO Products Prove a Hit at Foodex 2014

MONO Equipment was delighted with the high level of visitors to our stand at the recent FOODEX exhibition, with many showing great interest in the number of products showcased for the very first time.

Our show stopping Doughnut Shop, which produced a huge variety of mouth-watering doughnuts using our wide range of doughnut equipment, attracted many visitors who couldn't resist sampling one or two! says Chris Huish, UK Sales Manager.

Amongst the new products on display was the Fusion Compact Bread Plant which requires less than 4m2 of space in which to operate and can divide, intermediate prove and shape up to 960 pieces per hour.

Chris said 'We've had visitors from a wide range of sectors including hotels, restaurants, bakeries and supermarket chains, all showing genuine interest in our products including the energy saving range of Convection, Deck and Rack Ovens, the highly-versatile Omega and Delta Confectionery Depositors and the New Esmach Spiral Mixers.'
