Also on display will be our NEW Artisan Bread System that has been specially designed for the most compact of kitchens.  The system comprises a 4/5-Tray Convection Oven and a single Harmony Deck Oven - perfect for baking an exquisite range of artisan breads, viennoiseire and patisserie.

The NEW CakePortioner takes all the time and effort out of manually slicing your cakes.  Requiring just one person to operate, this fully automated machine will accurately slice up to 120 fresh cakes per hour and between 2 to 16 slices in approximately 30 seconds with speed, accuracy and reliability.
