Based in Mansfield, Nottingham, Lee Cresswell is Mono's new sales executive for the Midlands and North Wales. Lee spent the first five years of his working life as a coal miner and then moved into the baking and food service industry. After a further five years of owning and operating his own bakery he moved to South Africa where amongst other things he gained formal qualifications in baking technology. Since returning to the U.K. ten years ago, Lee has worked for baking ingredients company Bakels South before joining Mono.
