BIE 2008 Post Show

All of us at Mono Equipment would like to thank everyone who attended and took part in the Bakery Industry Exhibition at the NEC, Birmingham this year. The exhibition had a good turnout and people from all over the world experienced exactly what MONO can offer at the show.

It was a busy time before, during and after the show as you can see in the pictures below. For Mono's stand being the largest at this year's Bakery Industry Exhibition, it took a team of stand builders, mono's installation team and lorry loads of equipment to complete the stand in less than 3 days for the show.

 

 

 

Not only could you have witnessed Mono's fantastic products on our own stand but also Mono's products were involved throughout the Hall at the Dawn Foods stand, Live Bakery & Bake off areas, Master class stand - where competitions were taking part and at many other stands.

 

 

 

 
Mono's stand was action packed and included a live bakery section where Gregory Moutry and Clement Aviss (pictured below) from Moul-bie prepared specialist Artisan craft baking product for people to try using the Paneotrad oven.
