Following my announcement of 19th December, 2007, re the acquisition of AGA Foodservice Equipment, I would like to take this opportunity to personally thank Stephen Rennie and Iain Whyte for their substantial contribution to bringing AFE and ALI together. During the early discussion processes and following the actual acquisition it was a pleasure to work with both Stephen and Iain. I wish them every success as they pursue their own goals and interests.

ALI has a general policy of each of its companies operating distinctly and reporting directly to ALI management. This approach has generally put us in good stead. It also creates direct control of operations and of the market forces which in our industry can be very specific and focused.

Following this approach, I am pleased to announce the new organizational structure:

Reporting directly to the undersigned:

Tim Smith will be responsible for the UK operations including MONO, FALCON, SERVICELINE, MILLERS VANGUARD, WILLIAMS and WILLIAMS INTERNATIONAL;

Alain Peru will be responsible for the operations in France and Italy including BERTRAND PUMA, BONGARD, PAVAILLER, CFI and ESMACH;

Frank Förster will be responsible for ELOMA.

Reporting directly to Hank Holt:

Roger Faw, responsible for BELSHAW and ADAMATIC;

Tim Garbett, responsible for AMANA;

Mark Whalen, responsible for VICTORY REFRIGERATION.
