Bakon live at Food & Bake 2004

MONO Equipment's stand a Food & Bake will be featuring a live demonstration area given over to Bakon Food Equipment, the Dutch specialist manufacturer of a range of jelly sprayers and mini-depositors.

Visitors to MONO's stand will be able to watch a wide range of sprayers for materials such as fondant, fruit glaze and chocolate in operation finishing a variety of mouth-watering pastries and other confectionery . Bakon also produce a range of tartlet case pressing machines and cream whippers. Their mini depositor is available as a table-top or pillar mounted unit and can be used for depositing onto baking trays, or with a hand gun fitted, is ideal for working over a conveyor belt.

Bakon's ChocoSpray machine can be adjusted to give various effects on confectionery. Finishes such as 'smooth', 'velvet', 'granulated', 'snow' or 'orange peel'. The ChocoSpray can be set so that it is ready for instant use. It does not produce the 'over spray' that is so wasteful of materials and can create an environment that is uncomfortable to work in.

Bakon have a wide range of Jelly Sprayers that includes the Jelly 2000, a compact floor standing model on castors. Bakon claim it heats up to working temperature in almost half the time taken by comparable models and will keep the glaze precisely at the manufacturer's recommended temperature.
