Mono's small oven production line is now up and running in a brand new 465 square metre building at our Swansea plant. Along with other production areas, it has been laid out in line with our new lean manufacturing philosophy that gives savings in production time.
The new factory area is dedicated to the production of Mono's wide range of two and four tray convection ovens and uses the Kan Bam parts supply system. This system has also been adopted in other assembly areas, most importantly in the area where Mono's modular deck ovens are assembled for shipment to the USA and the DX deck and MX rotary rack ovens are prepared for major accounts.
