Accuracy with the Omega Depositor

The new compact Omega Depositor, part of a range of confectionery depositors from Mono Bakery Equipment, can deposit 25% faster than any other comparable depositor in the market and is ideal for the smaller bakery business that requires a 'smart' depositor at an affordable price.

Omega enables bakers to simply and accurately control deposit shape and amount, producing exactly the same product time after time, and is essential for any bakery as Chris Huish, Technical Sales Manager at Mono explains: "With a depositor not only is production faster than by hand, but consistency is guaranteed. And, because the equipment does most of the work, skilled staff can get on with working on more profitable tasks in the bakery.

"High spec but easy to use, the Omega has a fully programmable colour screen, complete with straightforward picture programming, colour icons and up to 99 different product programmes. Deposit shape and amount is exceptionally accurate due to the fully programmable deposit and suck back, while the long stroke of the depositor allows deep tins and injection templates to be used. Variable deposit speeds are ideal for more delicate products.

As well as a compact and robust design and single phase electrics, the Omega is also mobile and can be moved through a single door, meaning the bakery can easily be configured to suit production requirements.
