The Middle Eastern branch of Williams Refrigeration, based in Dubai will be featuring a range of new products and systems. Together with Aga Foodservice Equipment sister companies Eloma, Falcon and Mono Equipment, Williams will be demonstrating complete refrigeration, catering and bakery solutions for today's foodservice operators, retailers and craft bakers.
Mono Bakery Equipment
Mono offers a complete range of high quality bakery, confectionery and foodservice equipment. Mono will be showing a range of specialist dough handling equipment including mixers, deck ovens and convection ovens. The new, competitively priced, Omega Depositor will launched at the show, featuring its unique colour touch screen.
Cook-Chill Know How
The stand will highlight the group's cook-chill expertise focussing on Williams Blast Chillers and Eloma combi ovens. With live demonstrations, together, Williams and Eloma offer unrivalled Cook-Chill know-how, with a full range of Cook-Chill/Cook-Freeze solutions for superb results. Eloma provides the cook element with a full range of high performance, energy efficient, award winning combi ovens ranging from the compact Joker to the high capacity 20 grid models. Williams puts the Chill in Cook-Chill with its extensive range of powerful, easy to use blast chillers and freezers, which are designed to meet the needs of all caterers, from small units to major operations.
New From Williams
Exhibited for the first time at Gulfood 2007 will be a 3-Door Biscuit Top Counter, designed to operate in 43°C ambient temperatures, part of a range designed to fit under prefabricated worktops offering a space-saving solution ideal for kitchen projects. Made from high quality 304 stainless steel, this hygienic counter features Williams' unique removable refrigeration cassette system, ambient storage drawer and energy efficient CoolSmart controller. Also new is the six well Salad Counter, which offers a space saving design with energy efficient operation and 100mm extended polypro worktop and is also designed to operate in 43°C ambients. Williams is also launching the new BC95 Upright Bottle Cooler, with a choice of stainless steel or dark exterior, strategically positioned lighting and double glazed doors for optimal product display.
New Genius Touch from Eloma
Eloma will be showing its new Genius Touch combi oven technology, seen for the first time at a major international Show. The Genius Touch uses ground-breaking technology to deliver the ultimate in control, versatility and consistency through a unique new control system designed to make life in the kitchen simple and stress free. Despite storing up to 300 preset programmes, the operating panel with it's clear colour graphics remains simple to use and requires little specialist training.
