One of MONO's most popular depositors is the Omega which is used by some of the most prestigious bakeries, cake shops and patisseries around the world.
In the land of the patisserie, France, the MONO brand is synonymous with confectionery depositing.
Our Omega Automated In-Line System allows a number of depositors to be linked together using connecting transfer tables featuring control points.
This means that each Omega can be programmed to perform its particular task before the tray automatically moves on to the next depositor; creating a multi-layered product in one continuous process.
The whole process can be automated so that when a tray is inserted in to the first depositor, it travels through various depositing stations until it's removed from the final depositor at the end of the line.
Alternatively, a manual setting enables the tray to be stopped at each of the connecting transfer tables should any hand-work be needed prior to moving on to the next depositor.
