MONO to Showcase Latest Products at FOODEX...

MONO Equipment, one of the leading designers and manufacturers of bakery and foodservice equipment in the UK, welcomes you to our stand at FOODEX, Birmingham from 24-26 March.

We will be showcasing a number of exciting products, including our ground-breaking range of energy saving convection, deck and rack ovens, the NEW Fusion Compact Bread Plant, the NEW revolutionary Kodiak Mixer and the NEW Bowl to Transfer Pump.

NEW Fusion Compact Bread Plant
Our flagship bread plant, the Fusion, is now available as a smaller size format and the NEW Fusion Compact will have its very first trade showing.  This compact bread plant requires less than 4m2 of space in which to operate and can divide, intermediate prove and shape up to 960 pieces per hour.

The Ultimate Doughnut Experience
Come and see what you are missing in the doughnut world with our innovative range of mouth-watering doughnuts, created using our wide range of doughnut equipment, in our very own doughnut shop.

Live Demonstrations
We will also be running a number of live demonstrations using our most popular confectionery depositor, the Omega, as well as the highly-versatile Boyens Jelly Sprayers and also Unifiller's I-Spot depositor.

Eco-Touch Ovens
Our Eco-Touch convection ovens are the most energy efficient ovens we have ever produced and the superb full colour controller, together with all the energy-saving features has now been successfully adopted on MONO's highly flexible Harmony Deck Oven and MX Rack Oven.  This full range of energy efficient ovens will be in action throughout the show.

New Product Launch
A new addition to our product range is the highly versatile Bowl to Hopper Transfer Pump which is designed to effortlessly transfer a wide range of products from the bowl to the hopper and this will be officially unveiled at the show.

New Revolutionary Mixer
The New Kodiak Mixer from Bear has been designed to be fully ergonomic from start to finish, thanks to the space-saving bowl trolley and control panel and this will be on display on our stand throughout the show.

Your End-to-End Bakery Equipment
In addition to the MONO manufactured equipment which you have come to know and love - we will also be displaying a specially selected range of equipment from some of our well known suppliers including Bear, Belshaw, Boyens, Esmach, Jac, Unifiller and Williams.
