MONO Equipment invites both old and new friends to visit out stand at this year’s Bakers’ Fair taking placing on 12 October at Newark.
On display will be a range of our best selling products including our energy-saving Eco-Touch Convection Oven, which incorporates a truly innovative state-of-the-art colour touch screen controller and an array of energy-saving features to reduce energy consumption, and the highly acclaimed spiral mixers which have been enhanced to include new features designed to make the mixing process as simple and efficient as possible.
Also on display will be our Harmony Deck Oven which is renowned for its reliability, consistency and mellow bake, making it the preferred choice for independent artisan bakers.
