MONO Equipment will once again be attending the Bako Western Trade Show on 12 October at Bako Western, Devon.
We will be showcasing a wide range of key products including our energy-saving range of Eco-Touch Convection Ovens which incorporate a truly innovative state-of-the-art colour touch screen controller and an array of energy-saving features to reduce energy consumption and the highly acclaimed spiral mixers which have been enhanced to include new features designed to make the mixing process as simple and efficient as possible.
Our NEW Cake Portioner which is designed to reduce your slicing time and the NEW Tabletop Pastry Sheeter, perfect for small businesses with limited space will be officially unveiled at the show.
Also on display will be our Harmony Deck Oven which is renowned for its reliability, consistency and mellow bake, making it the preferred choice for independent artisan bakers.
