MONO's New CakePortioner
Our NEW CakePortioner has been designed to take the time and effort out of slicing soft round cakes and deserts.
This innovative, patent pendingmaching quickly and easily slices cakes from 152-305mm diameter and operates with cakes with a height of between 25-178mm. The simple electronic control panel provides a fool proof method of selecting the total number of slices required.
Requiring just one person to set up and operate, the CakePortioner can slice up to 16 slices automatically and accurately in just 30 seconds, providing perfect portion control.
MONO's NEW Tabletop Pastry Sheeter
MONO Equipment's affordable NEW Tabletop Pastry Sheeter provides the perfect solution for small businesses that have limited space but need to produce a wide range of high quality products.
Designed to work effortlessly with all types of dough, the sheeter naturally has a reversible belt system which sheets dough quickly and easily to the desired thickness.
Available in four size formats, the Pastry Sheeter is crafted using only the finest materials.
