MONO Equipment to Attend Gulfood

Mono Equipment, the longest established manufacturer and supplier of bakery and confectionery equipment in the UK, will once again be attending Gulfood 2015, the largest annual food and hospitality show in the Middle East.
We will be displaying our most popular confectioner depositor, the Omega which can produce an endless variety of mouth-watering cakes, muffins and biscuits in minutes. It is designed to replicate the traditional time-consuming hand movements of the master confectioner – effortlessly – with speed and reliability.
Also on display we be our NEW CakePortioner which has been designed to take the time and effort out of slicing soft round cakes and desserts. MONO Equipment's affordable CakePortioner can accurately slice up to 120 cakes per hour and between 2 to 16 slices in approximately 30 seconds.
