It's Showtime...

MONO Equipment will be showcasing an impressive range of its most popular products at the forthcoming Farm Shop & Deli Show, Birmingham from 20-22 April.

We will be joining forces with our sister company, Williams Refrigeration, an AFE group partner and also a member of the Ali Group.

On display will be a ground-breaking range of energy saving ovens including the BX Eco-Touch Oven and DX Harmony Deck Oven which incorporate a truly innovative state-of-the-art colour touch-screen controller and an array of energy saving features to reduce energy consumption.

Also on display will be our NEW and exciting range of Compact Convection Ovens which have been designed to meet the growing needs of today’s food-2-go, café and restaurtant culture.  They are available with a choice of footprints, tray sizes and capacities to suit most needs.

MONO Equipment’s affordable CakePortioner has been designed to take the time and effort out of slicing soft round cakes and desserts.  Our NEW CakePortioner can accurately and effortlessly slice up to 120 fresh cakes per hour and will be in action throughout the show.

Meanwhile Williams Refrigeration will display a selection of products suited to the small bakeries, deli’s and farm shops including a single door retarder prover, a multi-deck chiller, a pastry chiller and an upright fridge.
