MONO Showcases Product Range...

MONO Equipment would like to thank everyone for visiting our stand at the recent Farm Shop & Deli Show in Birmingham.
This year we exhibited alongside our sister company, Williams Refrigeration, an AFE Group Partner and also a member of the Ali Group.
‘Great interest was shown in the products that we had on display including our New CakePortioner, the Artisan Bread System and the New Kodiak Mixer’ said Chris Huish, Director of Independent Sales.
MONO Equipment’s New CakePortioner has been designed to slice up to 120 cakes per hour and between 2 to 16 slices in approximately 30 seconds.
Also on display was our NEW Artisan Bread System that has been specially designed for the most compact of kitchens. The system comprises a 4/5 Tray Convection Oven and a single Harmony Deck Oven – perfect for baking an exquisite range of artisan breads, viennoiserie and patisserie.
