MONO Equipment will once again be attending the Bako Wales Trade Show on 8 May at Bako Wales, Swansea.

We will be showcasing a wide range of our products including our energy-saving range of Eco-Touch Convection & Deck Ovens which incorporate a truly innovative state-of-the-art Colour Touch Screen controller and an array of energy-saving features to reduce energy consumption.

Also on display will be our NEW Artisan Bread System that has been specially designed for the most compact of kitchens.  The system comprises a 4/5-Tray Convection Oven and a single Harmony Deck Oven - perfect for baking an exquisite range of artisan breads, viennoiseire and patisserie.

Our highly versatile range of jelly sprayers are able to consistently spray jelly on to all your pastries quickly and easily to create a stunning high gloss professional finish, will be in action using Bako Wales’ range of high quality jelly and glazes.

A New edition to our range is the Compact Convection Ovens which have been designed to cater to the food-2-go markets.  They are available with a choice of footprints, tray sizes and capacities to suit most needs.
