Williams Blast Chiller

Williams range of blast chillers are designed to give caterers complete control of the chilling process and eliminates the hazards of slow cooling.

Available in 5 size formats from 10kg to 50kg the chillers are all HACCP compliant and meet guidelines for cook and chill catering systems worldwide.

The temperature of hot food is rapidly reduced from +90C to +3C in just 90 minutes and the advanced air flow design ensures even product chilling that eliminates product dehydration and ensures food is maintained in the best possible condition.
