MONO to Showcase Latest Products at IBA 2015

MONO Equipment, the longest established manufacturer and supplier of bakery equipment in the UK, will once again be exhibiting at Europe’s most prestigious and important bakery exhibition, IBA.
This year we will be focusing on two of our key strengths - depositing and baking - and will be previewing our next generation of confectionery depositors aimed at the more industrial end of the market, along with a new range of convection ovens.
State-of-the-Art Confectionery Depositors
The NEW confectionery depositor range will feature 1, 2 and 3 colour depositing along with highly sophisticated 3D-X multi-directional movement control. The technology used in these new machines will provide almost unlimited product design possibilities which will delight even the most creative patissier.
Specially Designed for the Food-2-Go Market
Our NEW Compact convection oven range is aimed at the ever-increasing food-to-go, café and restaurant market and comprises 4 superb ovens offering a choice of footprints, tray sizes and capacities to suit most needs.
NEW BX Eco-Wash
We also will be launching our very first ever Eco-Wash oven, which has been incorporated into our In-Store Bakery System, providing a complete baking and self-cleaning solution. The Eco-Wash system will also feature air-mirroring technology which will allow you to control the oven remotely via an App on your tablet or smart phone.
NEW Product Launch
Another first at IBA will be our NEW Integrated Deck Oven Loader which removes the strain of having to manually load each oven deck, and is perfect for the production of artisan bread.
Perfect Portion Control Each & Every Time
A New addition to our already extensive product range is the CakePortioner which is designed to take the time and effort out of slicing soft round cakes and desserts. This innovative, patent-pending machine, quickly and easily slices up to 120 cakes per hour.
