MONO's NEW Innovative Products Arrive at Foodex

MONO Equipment, the longest established manufacturer and supplier of bakery equipment in the UK, will once again be exhibiting at the UK’s most prestigious and important bakery exhibition, Foodex.
This year we will be focussing on our key strengths - depositing, dough processing and baking - and will be showcasing our next generation of confectionery depositors and new range of spiral mixers all aimed at the more industrial end of the market.
State-of-the-Art Confectionery Depositors
The NEW confectionery depositor range will feature 1, 2 and 3 colour depositing along with highly sophisticated 3D-X multi-directional movement control. The technology used in these new machines will provide almost unlimited product design possibilities which will delight even the most creative patissier.
The Right Mix
Our New twin arm spiral mixer range is perfect for industrial use and is available in a number of size formats. They feature a wealth of advantages including bottom discharge system, patented bowl locking motion system along with shorter mixing times.
NEW Product Launch
Another first at Foodex will be our NEW Integrated Deck Oven Loader which removes the strain of having to manually load each oven deck, and is perfect for the production of artisan bread.
Highly Versatile Roll Plant & Forming Unit
Also on display will be our NEW 2-Pocket Roll Plant will effortlessly produces up to 3,200 perfectly-formed rolls per hour with accuracy and consistency, with the addition of the forming station, the 2-Pocket Roll Plant will also produce a wide variety of baps and finger rolls to complete the range.
