MONO's ,
point of sale pizza oven has been designed for individual point of sale positioning,
or as part of an integrated system with one, or more BX bake-off ovens.
Stackable with either MONO PX or BX ovens, these all stainless steel units
are solidly built for heavy commercial use, but have a clean, all-stainless
steel design that is easy on the eye.
The PX has a one-piece ceramic baking sole designed to give a traditional
even bake, with individually controllable heating elements positioned below
the baking sole and in the top of the baking chamber. Maximum set temperature
for the chamber is 400 °C
