Bongard Cervap Compact DB GME Deck Oven

Bongard's Cervap GME Deck Oven is a unique combination of a dual fuel oven and an electric oven.

The lower decks of the oven are gas fired whilst the top deck is electrically heated, which gives even greater flexibility and freedom.

Separate upper and lower heat thermostats ensure total control of the heat on the top deck and with a deck clearance height of 254mm, it is suitable for baking larger items.

Available with different claddings, the Cervap Compact DB GME Deck Oven is built separately which means they fit through a standard doorway and assembled on site.
