Bongard Cervap Deck Oven

Bongard's Cervap range of dual fuel steam tube deck ovens are ideal for baking all types of bread.

Each oven is fitted with the ingenious Cervap steam system whereby the core of the oven is made up of several vertical sections of continuous individual steel tubes.  These stainless steel tubes have a minimum gap space in between each tube to ensure uniform heat distribution.

With a wide choice of models, from 6 to 12 doors with a width of 600mm, to 4 to 12 doors with a width of 750mm and a 5 door with a width of 800mm, the Cervap Deck ovens are built separately which means they fit through a standard doorway and asssembled on site.
