Bongard 6.43, 8.43 & 10.83 Rotary Rack Oven
Designed for baking all types of products, Bongard's electric rack oven is ideal for pastry shops and small bakeries and is available in 3 size formats, the largest designed for large scale production.
The rack rotates on a turntable inside the baking chamber allowing steam to be easily deposited onto the product, thereby creating more volume, a better crust and even colour. The adjustable air-blowing slots allow optimum air circulation, thus guaranteeing uniform baking during the whole of the cycle.
A removable, collapsible ramp device enables a continuous joint around the whole of the door frame to guarantee perfect sealing.
The large double-glazed door window maximises the visibility of the baking product providing a convenient visual check of the baking process.
