MONO MX DOUBLE RACK OVEN

MONO's new MX Double Rack Oven is based on our flagship MX Rack Oven but has been developed to take two 30" x 18" baking racks which immediately doubles the baking capacity. It provides the perfect solution for busy bakeries who need to bake high-quality products in large volumes of output, quickly, efficiently and effortlessly. The oven provides the ability to bake up to 38 trays of product to perfection in a single bake.

Featuring MONO's user-friendly, full-colour, touch screen controller, the MX Double Rack Oven offers an array of innovative, cutting-edge, energy-saving features like Sleep Mode, Auto-Shutdown, 7-day 24-Hour timer and LED in-door lights.

The controller can also store up to 240 bake programmes, each of which can contain up to 6 different bake phases per programme, which can be recalled at the touch of a button.

The combination of the specially designed heating elements and airflow technology ensures optimum heat distribution around the product to produce a consistent result time after time. The integrated steam system, which requires no drainage, also produces a beautiful shiny crust on breads, rolls and baguettes when baking bread.
