MONO Water Condensor with Canopy

MONO's Water Condensor is perfect for dispelling steam produced by your oven to prevent condensation forming on ceilings and walls.

The steam is cooled via a thermostatically controlled water chamber and simply drained away.

Handcrafted in hygienic stainless steel and enclosed in a stainless steel surround the condensor is the suitable for our 4/5-Tray and 10-Tray BX Convection Ovens.
