Each slicer features an automatic blade lubrication system which is designed to clean blades and produce accurate slices.

Requiring just one person to set up and operate, Jac's Eco+ Silcer is available in 2 size formats and features safety guards to conform to the strictest requirements. The inclusion of lockable safety castors ensures ease of manoeuvrability.
