JAC Varia Self

Jac's fully automatic Varia Self Slicer is the ideal solution for large bakeries or supermarkets as it is designed to safely slice bread quickly and easily.

The simple to use controllers give you the option of choosing the slice thickness required whilst the slicing stop system holds the slices together for easy removal.

Each slicer is fitted with safety guards to conform to the strictest safety requirements and the circular blade is capable of cutting an endless range of loaves, including one with a very hard crust.

All built-to-order Jac Varia Seld Slicers are manufactured in hygienic stainless steel and the inclusion of lockable safety castors ensures ease of manoeuvrability.
