Vitella Manual Hexagonal Dough Divider

Vitella Dough dividers are a fast and reliable way to press and cut raw dough into even pieces. The simple design makes it straightforward and effortless for single person operation and the hexagonal basin provides uniformed shaped dough every time.

There are three size and weight options available depending on how many pieces need to be cut and of what size.  The small footprint makes it ideal for small and medium sized bakeries who produce large quantities of baked products. Removable doors have also been added to allow for deep cleaning and sterilisation between uses.

The Manual version uses hand-operated levers to lower and cut the dough into required sections as well as clean the knives after use.

All machines are provided standard for an operating voltage of 400 Volt 50 Hz 3-phase. Other voltages can be provided on request.
