JAC Forma French Stick Moulder

Jac's Forma Moulder is designed to mould baguettes and flat breads quickly and easily.

Dough is easily fed in to the Jac Forma via the easy to reach hopper and passes through sheeting rollers to give a gentle reduction of the dough.

With a product weight range of between 50g - 1,200g, the Jac Forma Moulder can process up to 1,200 pieces of dough per hour.

Each built to order Jac Forma Moulder is crafted in stainless steel which guarantees them to be durable, hygienic and easy to clean.
