JAC Tradi French Stick Moulder

Jac's Tradi Moulder is suitable for most types of dough and is designed to mould baguettes quickly and easily.

With a product weight range of between 50g - 1,200g, the dough is easily fed in to the Tradi via the easy to reach hopper and passes through sheeting rollers to give a gentle reduction of the dough. The Tradi can process up to 1,200 pieces of dough per hour.

The user-friendly controls are simple to use and the variable speed controller is easily adjustable.
