Bongard BFA Retarder Prover

Bongard's BFA intermediate prover is used to slow down and control the proofing of the dough piece.

The dough pieces are stored in the retarder-prover at a temperature between 2C and 4C up for up to a maximum of 72 hours.

Available in a variety of size formats, the BFA Retarder-Provers feature the simple and efficient Opticom Control Panel.
