MONO Equipment's NEW manual pastry sheeter (sometimes called pastry brake) is designed to sheet a wide range of dough including puff pastry, short crust, croissant and biscuit. They effortlessly sheet the dough / pastry to the exact thickness required and also take all the effort out of the lamination process.
Crafted in hygienic stainless steel, the dough thickness can be quickly and easily changed thanks to the adjustable ergonomic handle.
Each sheeter is fitted with safety guards to conform to the strictest safety requirements. Option to include a cutting station with a wide variety of cutting rollers.
