Escher MR Line Spiral Mixer

Escher's MR professional Spiral Mixer is available in nine size formats and features Escher's patented bowl locking and motion system.

The unique bowl locking systems eliminates any oscillating movement of the head during the mixing process ensuring that the spiral arm is always in the correct position resulting in improved dough quality.

Each machine features a removable bowl which is quick and easy to remove thanks to the ergonomically positioned handle and bowl guide rollers.
