Dojatec's Butterfat Coating Line quickly and easily coats hot butter onto Christmas bread.

Requiring just one person to set up and operate, the integrated infrared sensor automatically detects product placement and the butterfat is effortlessly and accurately coated onto each product.

The butterfat is kept at a constant temperature thanks to the integrated heating system.

All built-to-order Butterfat Coating Lines are manufactured in stainless steel, guaranteeing them to be durable, hygienic and easy to clean.  The inclusion of lockable safety castors ensures ease of manoeuvrability.
